  • Do you offer transfers from an airport or train station?
    At present, Ecolodge La Pastouliere does not offer any transfers to and from the airport or train station. However, we may offer this service in the future and we encourage guests to check our website for further updates. We recommend renting a car or taking a taxi to reach the lodge. Our staff will be happy to provide directions and recommendations for transportation options upon request.
  • Is there on-site parking?
    Yes, there is limited on-site parking. If you will require parking, please e-mail us in advance to let us know so we can make arrangements for you.
  • Can I bring my donkey or horse to stay at Ecolodge La Pastouliere?
    Yes, we do offer a field where you can stable your donkey or horse during your stay with us. However, please let us know in advance if this is something you require so we can make arrangements. It is important to note that we are unable to take responsibility for your animals and there is no stabling charge.
  • Is there a restaurant at the Ecolodge?
    We offer bed and breakfast as part of your stay with us. Our breakfast includes fresh bread, homemade jams, pastries, fruit, and hot drinks. In addition, we also offer an evening set meal, which needs to be booked in advance through our website. Our set meal includes a starter, main course, dessert, and coffee or tea. We use fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients to prepare our meals. If you have any dietary requirements or preferences, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

    Unfortunately, no. Ecolodge La Pastouliere is an adult only establishment and we do not allow children under the age of 16. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to families with young children, but we have made this decision to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests . We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you in the future when your children are of age.

    Although we speak French and English (and some Italian), we have found that language is not a barrier for our guests. We strive to provide exceptional hospitality and service, and our team is dedicated to ensuring that every guest's stay is comfortable and enjoyable.   • Do you offer bike storage?
    Yes, we do. We understand that cycling is a popular activity and many of our guests choose to explore the area on two wheels. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer a secure locker to store your bikes, whatever the size, all free of charge. You can rest assured that your bikes will be safe and sound during your stay with us.
  • Is dinner included in the room rate at Ecolodge La Pastouliere?
    If you would like to dine with us, please let us know at the reception desk before 9.30 in the morning. We offer a set dinner menu for an additional charge. Our meals are prepared with locally-sourced, organic ingredients and are served in our cozy communal dining room. We can accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.

  • Is Ecolodge La Pastouliere located near any ski resorts?
    Yes, we have a strong partnership with our local ski resort at Le Grand Puy. We can assist you in any requirements you may need, including ski rentals, lift tickets, and transportation to and from the resort. Our staff is knowledgeable about the ski area and can provide recommendations for the best runs and après-ski activities. Don't hesitate to ask us for assistance in planning your ski vacation.
