Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Duration of stay:
The customer who signs this contract for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the property at the end of the stay. Booking direct online is considered as a signed contract.
Article 2 - Conclusion of the contract:
The booking becomes effective once payment has been paid in full.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer:
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay:
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the start of the holiday no cancellation fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the holiday the fee of one nights accommodation as booked by the customer will be lost.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation will be retained in full by the owner. Any additional services not used will be reimbursed.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner:
If the owner cancels the holiday before the start of the holiday, he must inform the customer by e-mail. The customer, without prejudice to any claims for damages, will be reimbursed immediately for any sums paid.
Article 5 - Arrival:
The customer must arrive on the day specified on the contract and at the time indicated 48 hours before the stay, reception possible between 4pm and 8pm. No arrivals will be possible after 8pm. In case of delayed arrival, if the owner cannot receive you due to this delay, he cannot be held responsible.
Article 6 - Payment of the balance:
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract must be paid to the owner at the end of your stay.
Article 7 - Tourist tax:
The tourist tax (0.80 centimes / day / person over 18) is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the public treasury.
Article 8 - Use of the premises:
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He/she undertakes to return the rooms in good condition.
Article 9 - Capacity:
This contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.
Article 10 - Pets:
This contract specifies that the customer may not stay in the company of a domestic animal. Should the customer fail to comply with this clause, the owner may refuse to accept the animals.
Under no circumstances may this refusal be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no reimbursement may be considered.
Animals that stay off the premises in a dedicated location are not the responsibility of the Ecolodge La Pastouliere. This is a service offered by the establishment.
Article 11 - WIFI:
A connection is available throughout the establishment free of charge.
In the event of malfunction of the WIFI connection, the customer may not hold the owner liable.
The customer is responsible for any illegal downloading, recording or connection.
Article 12 - Accepted means of payment:
- Bank or postal check, payable to Ecolodge La Pastouliere (Frenchaccounts only).
- Credit card: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa.
